¡Hola! El dÃa de hoy voy a compartir uno de mis tips para el cuidado de la piel y lo mejor de todo es que es 100% casero.
A veces pensamos que el cuidado de nuestra piel no es tan importante, y es ahà cuando cometemos un error muy grande. Nunca nos damos cuenta del daño que el sol, la polución y otros factores externos le causan a nuestra piel, a menos de que ya se note mucho y nos digan: "Oye luces algo mal, ¿te sucede algo?" O si tu dices cosas como éstas, ¡NO ES NADA LINDO! Es por eso que hoy les compartiré un exfoliante para el rostro totalmente natural y casero.
Lo que quiero que logres con esta maravillosa preparación es principalmente, limpiar tu cara, pero también que la hidrates y aprendas a cuidarla un poco más.
Lo que necesitas:
Jugo de 1/2 limón. (Para aclarar manchas, unificar el tono de tu piel y combatir el acné)
1/2 taza de azúcar. (Exfoliante natural)
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva. (Hidratante natural)
1 cucharada de miel. (Hidratante y cicatrizante natural)
¿Como hacerlo?
Mezcla el jugo de limón, el aceite y la miel, y luego añade el azúcar.
¿Cómo aplicarlo?
Simple y sencillo: Distribuye la preparación por todo tu rostro, masajeando suavemente. Deja actuar por unos minutos y lava tu cara.
Recomendaciones:
Cuando realices este exfoliante, recuerda NO recibir luz solar directamente. La idea de usar el limón es para combatir el acné, y no para generar manchas.
Recuerda utilizar protector solar facial (para que no haga que tu cara se torne grasosa).
Exfolia la piel una o dos veces por semana, preferiblemente en las noches.

What we really want to do with this magical preparation is mainly, clean your face, but also hydratate and teach you to care a bit more.
What you'll need:
Half lemon juice. (Clarify spots, unify your skin tone and also fights acne).
1/2 sugar cup. (Natural scrub)
1 olive oil tablespoon. (Natural moisturizing)
1 honey tablespoon. (Natural moisturizing and healer)
How to do it?
Mix the lemon juice, the olive oil and the honey, and then add the sugar.
How to apply it?
Quite simple: Distribute it all over your face, massaging in a gently way. Leave it for a few minutes and wash your face.
Recommendations:
Remember you SHOULDN'T get into the sunlight when you use this scrub. We want to use lemon juice to fight against acne, not to get spots.
Remember to use facial sunscreen (so it doesn't make you have oily skin).
Use this scrub once or twice a week, preferably at night.
