¡Hola! Espero estén muy bien. Hoy les hablaré acerca de el aguacate o palta y las maravillas que puede lograr.
Si bien, todos amamos los tratamientos caseros y 100% naturales, ¿o no? El día de hoy les traigo unos tips especiales para la piel y el cabello.
El aguacate es conocido por su maravilloso y variado contenido de vitaminas y minerales, que aportan un efecto restaurador, fortalecedor y suavizante. Su alto contenido de agua y aceites vegetales logra que sea uno de los hidratantes naturales más preferidos por todos y todas.
Es un salvavidas para aquellas personas que someten su cabello a daño continuo (plancha, secador, decoloración y tintes), y para aquellas personas que tienen piel muy seca. A continuación les hablaré de dos trucos que conozco:
Crema de aguacate para el cabello:
Antes de contarte este tip, debo decir que si tienes cabello graso NO te recomiendo que lo uses mucho, y es por experiencia propia, ya que por usarlo muy a menudo, hizo que mi cabello se pusiera aún más graso y es un gran problema.
Necesitas:
Un aguacate.
Una cucharada de aceite de oliva.
Una yema de huevo.
Preparación:
Haz un puré con el aguacate, luego adiciona la cucharada de aceite de oliva y la yema de huevo. Mezcla todo bien, hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa y ¡listo!
Aplica 30 minutos antes de ducharte, y luego lava tu cabello muy bien.
Mascarilla de aguacate y miel para piel seca:
También tengo piel grasa, así que la verdad nunca me he aventurado a probar esta mascarilla, porque temo que suceda lo mismo que con mi cabello haha, pero si se la he preparado a una de mis hermanas, y los resultados son maravillosos.
Necesitas:
Medio aguacate.
Una cucharada de miel.
Una cucharada de aceite de oliva.
Preparación:
Corta el aguacate por la mitad y extrae su pulpa. Tritura y mezcla con la cucharada de miel y la de aceite de oliva hasta formar una pasta uniforme.
Aplica y deja actuar por 10 minutos, y luego lava tu cara.

The avocado is known for it's wonderful variety of vitamins and minerals, which provide a a restorative, strengthening and softening effect. It's Its high content of water and vegetable oils achieved to be one of the most preferred natural moisturizers by everyone.
It's a lifesaver if your hair gets a lot of damage (from the iron, hairdryer, bleaching and dyes), and for those people with dry skin. So let me tell you 2 tips:
Avocado hair-cream:
Let me tell you something first. If you do have oily hair please PLEAAAAAAAASE don't use this tip too much. I did it once and my hair became even oilier, and we don't want that. Right?
You'll need:
An avocado.
One tablespoon of olive oil.
An egg yolk.
How to do it:
Mash the avocado, then add the olive oil tablespoon and the egg yolk. Mix it until you get a creamy consistency and you're ready to go!
Apply it 30 minutes before you take a shower, then wash your hair.
Avocado and honey mask for dry skin:
I have a oily skin too, so I think it's better to not use this, BUT I've done this for my one of my sisters and let me tell you ladies and gentleman, this is wonderful.
You'll need:
Half avocado.
One tablespoon of honey.
One tablespoon of olive oil.
How to do it:
Cut the avocado. Mash it and mix it with the honey tablespoon and the olive oil one until you get an uniform consistency.
Apply it and let it on your skin for 10 minutes, and then wash your face.
